In Google Play entry current version is 1.18.1. TT v2.0.2 has a limited distribution and, if available, can be installed as test.

I don't use TT at the moment, but I installed new version for test without problems, only my region Map,and it seems to be not so bad.
It can not be cracked until the publication on Play, related to the unlocking procedure.
