You can not generalize. Problems occur with a small number of devices. And we certainly have no idea what HU you have
Try and tell us. But also specify a model, so that information can be useful to others as well.

This app has work great with no problems at all.
Yesterday I set out drive 15km.
Add the city I wanted to go to started TomTom
By the time I got to my car it was telling me to go left.
Start the car and drove off.
What had stop was the voice info.
Pulled to the side of the road turned off the car and voice came back.
Now the only thing that has changed since the voice problem was last week I got a smartwatch for my birthday.
All works well between the smartphone and smartwatch.
It was very easy to setup the Bluetooth connection.
The smartphone is a Huawei P20 lite
The smartwatch is a Huawei GT
What seems to be the problem is Bluetooth dealing with 2 connections on the same phone.
I knew where this city was and the parkhouse I wanted to go to so not having voice was no big deal.
What I did on the way back was to shut off the smartwatch and I then had voice back again on TomTom as I drove back.
I have not tried all the ways to setup voice as I had it set to default.
Did not get any calls so I do not know if there is a problem there or not.
Over at the TomTom forum there are some user's who were reporting that voice had stopped.
But did not go into details of any changes they have made like adding a smartwatch via Bluetooth.
That was with TomTomGo app. not the TomTom NDS version.
Maybe others have run into this problem also.
how to add the *.ov2 files ? on my android/data/... cannot see the pios files.
From Android 7 and greater the folders are hidden.
You would have to root your phone to see any folders for TomTom NDS

I have Android 7.0 on my phone and maybe folders are hidden but with Solid Explorer from Google Playstore I made hidden folder visible and add the poi's. No rooting of the phone at all.

It mean he has device with newer Android system > files are in system partition.
And, btw, discussed in some previous topics - NDS is very sensitive. Even you have root access, any change in installation does not mean it will succeed.
@duur1duur
What is your phone? Be useful, tell all info. You can not generalize. Some manufacturers allow access, no need to extra root.
