You will only see default poi's when you have a route to go to.
It will show the gas stations and speed cams along with traffic from point A to B.
You can pick gas stations before a route and it will show all the gas stations around you.
The same with parking.
But you will not see anything if you are just driving with out a planned route.
It will show all you contact on the screen with or with out a planned route.
Most will show a Blue dot and a white star.
If you zoom in and have a photo of your contacts it will show their photo.
Post 91 second item is the manual in French.
Read through it.
If you still are not happy with the info than you will have to take it up with TomTom direct.

It is the same for the New TomTom NDS app also.

You have to type in what you are looking for.
Then it will give you a list of those POI's you are looking for wit TomTomGO.
You pick the town or whole map or near me.
Example:
Type Carrefour
It will give you a list of those stores only.
Pick the one you want to go to and your off.
It is very fast and I have never had a problem when I test TomTomGo.
It spells this out in the menu.
No 2 apps do the search the same way or have there menu's setup the same.
So pick the one that best fits your needs and use it.

Why doesn't the 1035 map update appear yet? Only 1030 appears in map downloads.

So a small question about speedcams. Do they work only with mobile data on? Done some tests and before some route calculation if i have mobile data on it shows speedcams on that route even if i then disconnect it. If i start route with data off no cams appear.
Tried copy ovb files from sppedcam database here on forum inside map folder but no luck they dont show. Any way to work it?
