He seems to have a second fix:
TomTom GPS Navigation Traffic v1.17.2 Build 2122 FIXED2
But has not uploaded it yet.

At least I could install the previous version that I already had.

At last, I installed the fixed2 app over the 1.17.1 patch, both with the same signature (I changed with apk-signer) and works without installing the maps again...

Well, I changed the signature on 1.17.1 & 1.17.2 to avoid uninstalled, installed, downloaded maps... Bla, bla, bla...
Needs time to upload to the cloud
