Make a test without a registered Google account (delete in preferences). And even the Google play store app please disable.
After successfully complete downloading from TomTom maps and voices, go to the preferences and change back your account and the Google play store app, if you need it otherwise.

Thanks! I have already tried to disable Google services, but it's still the same situation.
I even tried to copy the languages and folders from the phone where I installed it successfully.

Does route synchronization work? Through Mydrive.
