Many Thanks! I am reading that this file is not working on all units. For example it can't be used on nuvi 3490.

Most likely, this Milena voice has been created specifically for new nuvi 30, 40 or 50.

Tested! Unfortunately, Milena doesn't work on the 255W too.

Yes, 2 ways:

1- Using TTSVoiceEditor: Open the .rgn then save as Pycckuu__Milena.vpm (or the name you want)

2- Using RGN_Tool: Open the .rgn then use the region Save button and save as Pycckuu__Milena.vpm (or the name you want)

Correct! It's more a Vocalizer type of voice. I think it would work on the 255W, but not on the 3xxx serie.

I made a small modification to RGN_Tool (coming version 0.85) and it will automatically extract the VPM name from the .rgn. You'll just have to save the region using the Save button.

On the 255W, can you select it in the Voice menu? If it is not visible, I can modify RGNVoiceEditor to make it visible.

Owner of nuvi 255W replied that the Milena voice is showed properly in the Voice menu, but when he try to set it - 'Incompatible Audio Version' appears and voice didn't work.
Thus, the speech engine of Milena isn't supported by nuvi 255W too.
