I'm tying to recover a nuLink 2320 that has frozen and only gets to pre-boot mode. When trying to update the device, the flash process starts (I see a quick flash of "Erasing..." message on screen), the USB then disconnects and the device reboots while the progress bar on Updater shoots to 100%.
Nothing actually gets flashed.
Is this incompatible or likely to be a hardware fail?
