(looks pretty old, because not even have the theme Navigon). Would that the Belgium, Luxembourg and Polska themes are empty or not? We do not know, although they appear to have different content. The only way to know would be if we make our own capture or use recent images from known and trusted sources. Also we do not know which version of firmware gps is used, which map used (when there is not City Navigator the themes can work imperfectly). It is also important to mention the country, there is a possibility of a color overlay with maps that have local peculiarities.
I can say with absolute certainty that these empty themes are using the same parameters of garmin theme, like show some images that follow, identical for both themes, in my country and and in the following conditions: nuvi 3790 -> 3490, fw 7.20, CNSA 2013.30, I even did capture.
No you misunderstood my post, I wanted just to show some themes picures and differencies in a 2460, from a pdf link I had in my bookmarks.
The source is clearly in the url of the pdf and comes from this [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] February 2012. I presume the map themes are Theme Files software version 2.70 coz of the post's date, but I havent checked and it's CNE.

I just try to collect infos and post them to animate discussions
About TYP and Themes as said, often TYP overrides theme, but not in all the features, for example the line thickness in theme changes line thickness in TYP.
Colors and line types come form TYP, icons too.
