you must extract official installer .EXE file with Winrar,winzip.... and install with .MSI
you can rename official installer .EXE extension .RAR too
[B]Install MapSource v6.16.3 Official Installer and replace EXE file
OR
Use just Mapsource v6.16.3 Special (Patched) if you need language files download it [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Mapsource Special work directly without install original one you need only mapsource.exe and (mapsourceXXX.dll language file same directory) and you can run it anywhere
