D5388080A.gpi contains Honda related poi, no alerts. You don't have to do anything to it; just leave it there. If that file is the original file that came with your Honda, it means it can read regular poi thus SCDB or my alerts will work (I hope it can handle alert circle) You have to put the .gpi from my post in same location before any alert will show up.

P.S. I read from your other post at gpspassion, just because you can installed Cyclop alert doesn't mean it will work. You can installed Cyclop for Street Pilot on android but it will not work.
