I made a mistake with alert at intersection of Dries and Ten Hof Ten Houte. Here is the corrected alert. I also change icon size to 50x65 (see if it displayed correctly)

Make sure Belgium2.gpi is only file under POI directory when testing.

Alert should ONLY triggered when travelling southeast from 2 to 1. Distance from 1 to 2 is 200m, so make sure you start far enough from northwest of 2.
