I have no ideal, the source site has two new regions: Armenia and Georgian. I posted the output of GPI creator so you know how many alerts are there. Also make sure you are comparing similar generation (I had built several versions)

Hang on while I decode that version and see how many alerts. Takes forever since my decoder is written in interpreter.

Update: Sept build has 73839 poi's. This is a whole lot more than Oct amount of 33728 poi's. So there is a drop in alerts for Russia. Attached are the source for those alerts; note the different in IDX, looks like they changed source

Update: I wrote a proggy to scan for duplicates with criteria of 1.1m closeness*. Here are the results
Sept source has 257
Oct source has 310

* alerts within 1.1m bounding box of each others count as duplicate
