While it is possible to manually distill them from the global file (for example, representing them in a map and removing of the other non needed countries), or probably automatically in an aproximate way (such as combing the csv for lat/lot boxes and deleting the rest), I would need to create the toolchain to do it and I am currently not so fluent with programming ;-( ...
