Yes of course. That's because they're "official" files, factory-loaded and locked to that device. What the previous poster asked was this:

And the reason they don't work is because it's not presently possible for DS65 to run the "unofficial" Cyclops files posted here because there's not a solution to patch the firmware as there is for (non-encrypted, but protected) propriety firmware devices.
