Open the RGN file in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], click thru the 'Unsupported section identifier' message and then the first field will be shown as 'Unknown.bin', press 'Save' but change the name and extension to English_British_Daniel.vpm and there you have the voice file [you're welcome].
