Yeah found it thanks. Its unchecked. Don't know what i'm doing wrong as i have followed all of the instructions to the letter but still nothing. Both of the files are there. you can see it when you go into the garmin through the computer, however it doesnt show up on the garmin once you disconnect it from the computer.
I've tried all the voices and the only one that still gives me a chuckle and grabs my attention is 'Arnie'...
"... pay ATTENTION!"
"Com'on!"
"I'll be the one who makes the decisions around here..."
"don't be a girlie man!"

Wher do you have vpm and unl on your device?
Do you have in root of nuvi in Voice folder?
Do you use Device ID to unlock vpm?
You can find device ID in garmindevice.xml
If you write that file is there, nobody can't know where is this.
I only have it in the voice folder in my garmin when its connected to the computer.
What is Device ID? - Is it a programme i need to download.
I have the garmindevice.xml in the root of my garmin, however, I cannot open it.
I havent done anything to the garmin, other than the unl and the vpm file
yes i put my id in first custum mapset and then i put Family ID 480
Product ID 25
Region ID 0
Vendor ID 0 and then generate the code copy and paste to notepad change save as type to all files then copy and paste the HomerSimpson.unl and the HomerSimpson.vpn file to the voice folder to my garmin
