Don't know how I can unlock the guide with PGTK. I have a LEX_PKG folder. Is it GPI file or IMG file?
I have created the file D046800.unl with Windows Notepad. I don't know what content I can put in this file and what format? I have a Garmin Nuvi 1490T with Unit ID:removed. Can I put "Unit ID removed, FID 900, PID 2, Region 0, VendorID 0" on the first line in the file D046800.unl? (Doesn't work anyway)
Do I need a KEYGEN program? Where can I download? Thanks!
In Jetmouse keygen v1.5 put the 10 digit gps unit id number
under-select map product --on the bottom ---custom map set---add FID 900, PID 2, Region 0, VendorID 0
- Open notepad
Copy the serial produced by JM in it
- click save as
- add name D046800.unl
- set all files
- save
Add LEX_PKG folder in the device "Garmin" folder along its D046800.unl
Note:I removed your unit id number in your post because it's not safe to show it in a public forum
You have to navigate to get to the good.

Here we will talk about a special Garmin product, not a map (at least not thecnically), but a special product, not more produced today: The Language Guide. A product that was compatible with almost all series of garmin nüvi, zumo and others. Basically, a dictionary with words and phrases in 6 languages (english, spanish, french, italian, german and both versions of portugese).
The product was included in all compatible GPSs, but only a trial version that was locked after 30 days of the buy, if you wanted to unlock it on that times, you had to buy a SD or microSD card with a unlock code that you had to put in your GPS from the page of Garmin.
The archives were a folder inside the Garmin folder called "LEX_PKG" with all the dictionary and version archives, the unlock code was on same Garmin folder and it was called "D046800.unl", without this archives, the guide won't work, and if the code it has been introduced or created incorrectly, it apareed a sign that said "Garmin Language Guide it's locked".
Garmin discontiniued the vent of this codes and the compability with modern GPSs. The only way to unlock the Language Guide today, it's using JetMouse, the guide can be unlocked by putting your device ID and selecting "Custom mapset" selecting the product, putting 900 on FID and 2 on PID and generate.
After of that, you need to put the code in the D046800.unl archive that you download with the other documents to unlock the Language Guide below
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
With that ready and the file changeing that you did with the README.txt archive as instructive in the downloaded files, paste the code in the Garmin Folder and disconect your GPS for using the Language Guide.
NOTE: On some devices, there is required unlocking, patching the fimware of your GPS (series like nüvi 1xxx and 2xxx) for use the Language Guide, if you want to know about this, check the Fimware Patching section, and follow the instructions, make sure that your GPS is fully actualized on Garmin Express and/or that all the solutions or methodes didn't worked.
This worked for my nüvi 1300, if you want to publish something about this, do it here!
