Is there anyone who knows where can I find the speed camera in denmark?
I have Garmin 3790LMT and have one year subscription with Cyclops Safty camera eu, but there is not denmark in.

    According to Garmin page
    Code:
Please Login or Register to see the links
    It's in Nordics

You have to navigate to get to the good.

If you have Cyclops Safety Cameras - Europe then you should get all the files for that package including the Nordics. So according to Garmin and Cyclops there is coverage for Denmark in your safety camera package.

    Cyclops™ Safety Cameras — Europe
    Code:
Please Login or Register to see the links
    • Includes coverage for Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the U.K.

    Cyclops™ Safety Cameras — Nordics
    Code:
Please Login or Register to see the links
    • Includes coverage for Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.
These updates link your Garmin device to the daily maintained Cyclops database, which contains information about fixed (Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden), mobile (Sweden only) and red light speed camera (Finland only).

thanks, but my subscription is 24 countries, but I only got 12 countries. so I'm afraid that I do not get denmark. read it below

Includes coverage for Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the U.K.
Provides alerts for most fixed, average speed, mobile, variable, temporary/roadwork, red light and red light speed cameras (camera coverage is country dependent).

    @bah125

You're getting 10 GPI-files with the ~24 countries if you have Cyclops Safety Cameras for Europe. Some files have multiple countries. The GPI-files keeps the names that it first gets and stores in your "[GPS unit]:\Garmin\GarminDevice.xml" file. If you have "NordicsCyclopsSample.gpi" in your GarminDevice.xml then you will always get the Nordics file as "NordicsCyclopsSample.gpi", even if it's not a sample. You can change the file name to "safety_camera_nordics.gpi" or "Cyclops_Denmark_Finland_Norway_Sweden.gpi". This will be picked up by your unit and stored back to GarminDevice.xml when the unit powers down or goes to USB mass storage mode. The next update at myGarmin - myExtras will keep your new file names.

    Example from GarminDevice.xml:
    Code:
Please Login or Register to see the links

If you download directly from myGarmin then the file names in the first column may be different. That depends of if you have cleaned out some parts your GarminDevice.xml or kept sample or other file names for your Cyclops safety cameras.
    Code:

In the POI folder besides the gpi and unl files I also have gma files. What are they? They seem related to the Cyclops safety cameras because they have the same name. Do I have to keep them?

.gma are the unlocking files along the .unl files for products with FID greater than 2200.
That's why the unlocked ones have FID changed to a neutral FID (65535) PID 255.
These ones dont need any .unl ; Cyclops with FID changed to 800 or 700 need an .unl file. No .gma coz FID is less than 2200

Yes. You can place the files in a root folder named 'poi' (not case sensitive) in either unit or preferably a microsd card.
