No one can give you an answer without the specific device model. I found a bunch of brands that have that "model" on Ali Express and eBay. But.
There is no hard reset only soft reset If this option exists in the system at all, it is not available for many models.

The only thing left for you after that is open the device and find the appropriate firmware for the motherboard, if it exists. Or contact support from the company you purchased from. Then flash it. In both cases - good luck.

WinCE was working before trying MioPocket the first time. After, WinCE explorer.exe would hang and make system stick, the sd card will make sound when inserted or pulled out, so the system is still running. So, explorer.exe is just stuck with no way to end process. Wish I could connect a keyboard. Is there any way i could contact any of the ones you found on aliexpress?


Update: I messaged two companies on Aliexpress, see what happens.

This button only resets the current state of the device, it does not perform a factory reset of system. It is not Android
It could only help after being stucked after using, i.e., incorrect settings, incorrect MioPocket script, not after messing with the system.

From 20 years of experience - no one has ever recovered a device after messing with the WinCE system. Always had to flash the firmware

Note: I downloaded Cortex-A9.zip inside I used 3618_3.1_Cortex-A9_MS2531_D128_4G_FM_800x480.rar, then I extracted to SDCARD after that it booted up and reinstalled the software. iGO Primo is missing but I made a copy before it crashed. Thank you

You succeeded because these devices are almost always generic, they use the most widely available hardware
Very often, it is possible to flash device firmware that has both BT and FM receivers and more functions, even for components that are not the same. Of course all superfluous or inadequate ones will not work.
In addition to find the right firmware for the chipset, you should also be lucky to find the right resolution, density and type of screen (capacitive/resistive)

No, bootable WinCE does not exists
All unlockers/shells that are launched from the SD card work by bypassing the system launcher and starting only clean WinCE, which is the basis of every such device.

WinCE is part of the firmware but the boot section is separate.

You don't need copies of the "original" software or content from the device, it's not paid anyway. The Chinese steal it and distribute it on their devices (of course, they don't charge for it). It is cr*cked software, usually some older version with older maps
