Tampering with the WinCE system always ends badly. ALWAYS

No one can give you an answer without the specific device model. I found a bunch of brands that have that "model" on Ali Express and eBay. But.
There is no hard reset only soft reset If this option exists in the system at all, it is not available for many models.

The only thing left for you after that is open the device and find the appropriate firmware for the motherboard, if it exists. Or contact support from the company you purchased from. Then flash it. In both cases - good luck.

Although I can tell you from experience - regret those 20-30 $ and buy a new one

WinCE was working before trying MioPocket the first time. After, WinCE explorer.exe would hang and make system stick, the sd card will make sound when inserted or pulled out, so the system is still running. So, explorer.exe is just stuck with no way to end process. Wish I could connect a keyboard. Is there any way i could contact any of the ones you found on aliexpress?


Update: I messaged two companies on Aliexpress, see what happens.
