I suppose you know what you are doing and how to set nav path, etc., therefore it's obvious that the installed fw is not good for your E707. Try this one, it worked for me:

If the flashing process won't start, try using a different SD. I had some trouble with that, as it seems that this device is a bit picky about SD cards.
