I tried downloading using the Amazon app but Holland was not on the list, tried Germany but could not download the apk.
Installed crk apk from first post, installed and worked perfect !
At first launch it connects to servers fast but registration took a long time here but succeeded .
Fully unlocked, no idea for how long ? We'll see.
Removed the Amazon underground app, it's malware for sure.

What version is this ? Cannot find it anywhere in Google Play Store ?

I see now that it can be used for up to 30 days without a data connection, after that it needs data connection to work.
I noticed when I launch the app it connect to a server shortly, launched it later with wifi disabled and saw the 30 days message.
So I think it's loaded with malware, that's why this version is not in the Play Store ?
