Right now it is free in German AMAZON store. You need to install Amazon Underground before. There are a lot of free apps/InApps within Amazon Underground but you have to pay with your private data eg. Amazon tracks the time when you open the app, how long you use it, ...... Programmers of the apps will be payed for time users are using the app.
