All the Fresh Maps torrent releases are taken from PDA devices.
They have different folder structure. And for these devises those nfs files are situated in map folder.
But for Android, you have to follow instructions in the link above.
It's no problem to use those files on your tablet. Map releases for Android comes late in time than those for PDAs.
