Could someone explain me how to up date my NAvigon 2150 maps?

DO I just need to copy the new maps I find in "Navigon Europe Q1/2015 Fresh Maps MN7 & MN8" in the MAP file togheter with the new files .NFS I have in the NAvigon ???
Is that all?

Wich files should I have in the original MAP file?
