    The application is working with all symbian phone os7 and Os8

    E61 is Symbian OS 9.1, Series 60 . so i dont think that it will work
    anyway Give it a Try

    Sorry guys i cant clear all ur doubts bcoz i dont have an S60 fone both my fones r of 3rd edition . so the members for whom dis app is workin fine plz help d other members as well. I'll also help as much as i can.

    I think on installin dis u may get a seperate folder 4 navigon in ur mmc. Place da maps in such folders in ur mmc

    and for any faq(s) go to their site

    maps must be put in e:\navigon\maps i.e. E:\navigon\maps\Italy.map
    .jpg file isn't needed.
    but now we need a valid kg or a *****er

    The maps have to be in the following folder on your memory card:

    microSD:\navigon\MAPS\
    (microSD stands for the drive letter of your memorycard)

    Place the map files there and MN should find them.

    I tried this with the Symbian 3rd Edition Version of Navigon and it worked.

    i have tested on Nokia 6600-6630-6680-N70:

    TOMTOM MOBILE 4 with map 3.90 italy

    TOMTOM MOBILE 5.20 with map 6.60.1223 italy

    ROUTE66 MOBILE 7.0.1075 with map italy edition mar 2006

    NAVIGON 6 MOBILE with map italy (post the map in MMC\navigon\maps\italy.map)
    dimension map 236 MB
    dimension map 194 MB

    GPS: RoyalteK RBT-1000
    MMC: Kingstone 2 GB

    EXCELLENT PRECISION, witch software navigation i prefer tomtom mobile 5.20 is very nice, very good and on this sw you can insert continuos pOI's update
