    Default Simple unlock new Mio devices

    This is unlock to genuine menu for Mio devices :

    1 - Mio Spirit 5400/5450/5670
    2 - Mio Spirit7500 / 7550
    3 - Mio spirit 5207 Combo
    4 - Mio Spirit 7670

    Tested on Mio Spirit 5400LM

    How To:

    1 - download attachment
    2 - unpack with 7zip on PC
    3 - copy on empty card the extracted folder
    4 - start the device and after MIO complete start orginal sw then insert the memory card with the related folder, press ok and wait for the device to restart
    5 - that's all, you are in the factory menu

    Hi

    I unlocked my mio spirit 7500. Now I want to go back, but the method in the video does not work. I keep returning in the hacked menu. Any chance of reverting the unlock? Hope to hear from you all. Thanks MJG

    hi
    can you help me please.
    i did a backup and after that i delete all files from sat nav memory by mistake
    now dosen't whant ny more to conect to pc and its blocked in mio start image
    how can i reinstal softwere??

    No backup. I managed to remove the partition with the factory reset skin. Now it is stuck in the MIO startup screen. Can connect to my PC and copy all programs from another MIO. But does not work. MioMap sees the MIO but I cannot repair from there. Firmware? Any help welcome, thanks

    Hi, I also unlocked spirit 7500 LM , everything seems fine EXCEPT i cannot set path to gps program i want, like primo.
    it is set to some \WINCE_GPS.exe on the SDMMC and i cannot/dunno how to change it.

    Any help with that will be much appreciated.

    I searched "in text mode" every file on the drive to see where is it stored (to change it manually) but i could not find it.
