I don't have the solution to unlock SD, but I read a lot, I didn't see anyone confirming a clear unlock through SD. At my suggestion, you should help apply the flash unlock.
Your V4 version will never work, the SD on Mio Spirit 6900 LM is called a "Storage Card".
