Create a Garmin folder in dnx9260bt and restart your device, it should create garmindevice.xml.
Useless to copy it from another device because NV should create it every time you restart the device.
Cure is useful if pc doesn't recognize your device and it's made to format or to delete problematic files prevent Garmin to boot.
