This is the only way, if you wish to repair by your self, then do like kunix say, if this is to hard for you, then send unit to service.
Kunix always first tell the easy way to repair, if kunix write hard way then no other way is possible.
If you wish, you can [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

It won't help, as fw_all.bin is stored inside a completely different flash region. You can't change fw_all.bin in the mass storage mode. Therefore, you can't flash firmware this way.

Well, the PC board seems similar to my picture, but I don't see those pins circled in red. Let's wait for Alexander2010 to see it...

The procedure should be the following:
    1) Disconnect your device from the power source.
    2) Connect some pins on the PCB.
    3) Connect your device to the PC and run updater.exe with appropriate RGN file.
    4) Connect your device to the power source and turn it on.
    5) Wait for updater.exe to detect your device.
If your device is detected as a mass storage device then you've failed. Goto 1) and connect some other pins.

The problem is that connecting random pins is generally dangerous, you can burn some circuity on the PCB. I don't know which pins have to be connected, so I'm waiting for Alexander2010 to asnwer, but he seems to be busy.
