OSC_GBR_Great Britain_mph.txt - ASC speed in miles for versions 9.18.27 and below (end of zone with a speed limit of 3 mph)
OSC_GBR_Great Britain_kmh.txt - ASC speed in kilometers for versions 9.35.2. (end of zone with a speed limit of 5 kmh)
