    It's actually quite simple:
    Spoiler: my Works

Since scdb.info only records speed figures and doesn't differentiate between km/h/mph, it's best to quickly do it yourself:
    * From SCDB West to Region (from here) or UK directly from the server - unpack and import into OpenOffice Calc, for example.
**! Caution: Select the coordinate cell/row as text format!**
    * [search and replace] the individual speed figures (mph) with km/h (there are plenty of conversion formulas online.)
    * Save as *.csv separated by commas
    * Open the *.csv file with an editor and save it as SpeedcamText.txt (ANSI format).

*** Now it matches the usual km/h formats of a speed camera.txt
    * iGO_Avic 64bit converts km/h to mph when the regional setting is set to miles/yard format.
