I found that the program does not work with data in miles. The program converts kilometers to miles. I do not see another way in the near future. This way is simple, speedcam.txt in kilometers taking into account the conversion to miles. In the attachment file, use it.

Because I just looked at your scdb.txt for England; the speeds are given in mph.
If you mix that with other km/h data, you end up with a mess that doesn't really fit any regional setting.

1 - all versions including 9.18.27, work in kilometers and miles depending on the country.
2 - starting with version 9.35.2, work only in kilometers, including countries where the speed is in miles, for these versions speedcam.txt is needed with speed data with a coefficient of 1.6 for Great Britain.
