I also used this system among the many tests on the Speedcams, but creating the positions through the navigatorit is very difficult and is not very correct, you should enlarge the map as much as possible and try to plug exactly in the middle of the road, equally there may be points where the direction is not quite the right one.

It is much easier to use Spudigo both to create from scratch and to fix the SpeedcamUpdates.spud file:

You can adjust the coordinates by positioning the location in the middle of the road, often the location does not coincide between the Here and TomTom maps, (if you want to be picky use a middle ground), but above all you can give the right inclination with respect to the road, if the point is in a curve it is better to move it slightly to the right or to give 360 ° to be sure that it is recognized by the navigator.

In this way the result is the absolute best that can be obtained.
