This file contains the speedcams added by the user.
However, it seems to disappear if you update the skin with a new Save folder. (I lost a lot of data without touching the Speedcam folder).

Personally I transform these files into.txt files, it's safer with Spudigo.

The speedcam.spdb file is encrypted but it seems that some have crac_ked it but it is not yet public.
