    Just to be clear:
    Settings > Alert Point Settings > tick Alert Point Warnings > (Using this function may be....blah blah) Turn On.

    One thing, not related to your problem but: SD CARD should be formated in FAT32, not NTFS.

    - It is turned ON for sure! Checked it many times...
    - Not sure on this one, I have to check, but this is how I got it from the dealer.
