    No. The connection via USB has nothing to do with communication.
    The device must have a dedicated connector, or open it and create an interface.
    I repeat, since you do not pay attention:
    "...Whether in it, in HU options, there is an item "CHOOSE NAVI PATH"? Or similar." << Is there any similar option in HU settings or not?

    But, by the way, regarding the title of this topic:
    * - It's enough to put speedcam.txt files (one or more) in iGO/content/speedcam folder on SD card.
    After next start, iGO convert them in internal database (*.spdb), and put that file in proper place of internal memory.
    Next step, is, to turn on the display of speedcams and warnings in iGO software itself.
