The phone is a Windows phone, however I run Android of whatever rom version, from the SD card. It is a 16gb SD card and has a 4gb ext4 partition from which the main android system boots. All other apps afaik are stored/run from the fat32 partition of the SD card i.e. the remaining 12gb. File manager doesn't show the ext4 partition. However, I do have some software on my PC which will recognise the ext4 partition and will allow writing to it. Therefore, I may be able to make the folder structure you suggest but what would need copying to these folders apart from content?

The sd card in file manager is listed as /storage/sdcard0.
