After clicking on Setting (screwdriver/wrench in X) you should see

Then after clicking "Sound and Warnings" you should see

Then after clicking "TTS Pro" you should see

Scroll down until you see "Read Out Alert Points"
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Make sure it is checked and press the "Play" button to see
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Click on "Select All" and click on the Redlight button (row 1 column 5) to see
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Finally click on "Voice Warning Test" to hear voice announcement of that alert.
