Very happy to meet my lady it is possible to discriminate over which version of iGO and android system?
very pleasure
seria
Igo israel 9.6.29.583618, Android Lollipop 5.02. No xposed, no root, trying to install in internal storage. Everything is in the internal storage, no sd issues. TTS greyed out.
Regards
Edit : Tried again, made it from the beginning, new install everything, TTS still greyed out. I am starting to believe that this Igo version have something, because on an old HTC Desire the 2012 version of Igo is working flawlessly with ttspro, announcing speedcams, streetnames etc.
Bye bye Igo ...

Thank you anyway. About the virtual flowers ... I am trying to be and behave like a man so i cannot accept them![]()
You can give up if you like, but it appears to me that nobody has given you the exact correct answer or provided the exact correct files.
Try this:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Put the *.zip file in Content/voice, and then switch to it in Primo settings.
Though it is true that this thread is a more general tutorial for installing an Android TTS Engine, rather than specific Android Primo instructions, there is still valuable info here for a very nice general TTS engine.
For Android Primo (or NextGen), many people don't quite get the concept...the file put in Content/Voice is merely a template (modified from WinCE to Android) and only provides a guideline for the main actual TTS voice that is used by the Android System (Vocalizer, Google, etc).
The gender or name of the voice*.zip file is irrelevant..the actual voice/gender and all other aspects of vocalization is provided by the Android System TTS Engine. The iGo voice*.zip file must match the language of the installed Android TTS Engine for correct navigation usage.
If you would have read or posted in a thread for the actual version of Android Primo that you are trying to use, you may have gotten an answer sooner.
All TTS voice files that work in Android Primo should also work in Android Nextgen (and vice-versa)...but NOT in any WinCE versions.
If this voice does not show up in the settings of your installed Android Primo version, there are some other options or files that may work, but you should ask in a thread devoted to the version you are using..not a general Android utility thread.
Finally someone ! Yes, you are right saying that nobody gives the answer to a question regarding this specific thread. And this specific part of the forum, named iGO, not Vocalizer etc.
In the past the iGO I installed was working with any svox language I had installed, keeping the same logic : you install Virginie, Thomas etc in Svox, you put a similar TTS language in iGO and the program speaks on the tts installed in device, not iGO. And you put a same language Audio folder in iGO's root and voilá you have voice alerts too !
Now, trying the same, folowing this guide, you get nothing but a phone who "speaks" in any language you install and iGO that at TTS is greyed out.
And to be more specific. The only voice files I am seeing in iGO are the normal voices, the tts are not visible .Others are saying that they can select tts voices, me I can't.
And what about the other folders in tts languages like v5auto.dll ? Do you need the folder and .dll ?
Anyway thanks for the help, I will try also with the file you kindly offered.
