Text-To-Speech (TTS) in any language

1) Plug your device on computer and create a folder named VocalizerEx or in micro SDCard

2) Download and install on your device the attached APK Vocalizer TTS

3) Go in this site

3) Rename the file, adding .zip and open it

4) Extract all files and folders of the zip to this folder (created on Step 1)
(Now you can unplug your device)

5) On your device, go to Settings > Language and Input > Text-to-speech output and select VocalizerEx TTS

Done, now your device speaks on your language !

Vocalizer Text-to-Speech Install instructions (fairly complex): 1. Get voice For United Kingdom Serena voice you download vocalizer-voice-serena.nvda-addon file. It's a zip archive. You need to extract voice files (eng folder) and copy to Android to /sdcard/Vocalizer/languages/ folder vauto_pipeline_eng_serena_22_full_vssq5f22.hdr should be in /sdcard/Vocalizer/languages/eng/speech/vautov5/ folder. For United States Jill voice file/folder are vocalizer-voice-jill.nvda-addon / enu 2. Install vocalizer.tts_1.0.2.3.apk It won't show up in android all apps, but you can find Vocalizer TTS in Setting | Language & keyboard | Text-to-speech output Select it as Preferred engine, then click Listen to an example. If Vocalizer TTS doesn't see any languages - select another TTS, then Vocalizer TTS again. Doesn't support bet2 voice type. Doesn't support Vocalizer Expressive voices. Supports CJK voices
