defined "installed" did you find the appropriate language files under LoquendoTTS directory? if not, then you did not installed it. just clicking on the .apk file will not give you any voices; the voices are located in the LoquendoTTS directory. if you had downloaded the loquendo engine from google play and then download the appropriate language/voice then it will be placed in the LoquendoTTS directory. but since people have to use the .apk made specifically for IGO to work (via Zerdim mod or by whoever), then you must also use the appropriate LoquendoTTS directory with it. read the post instruction carefully again.
