You have a zip in the global_cfg folder.
Replace our friend Alain 57 with the latest global_cfg 3D.

I have the same problem, DA signs are visible on the map but not in 3D.

After installing the latest global_cfg 3D. 3D characters work only in Poland. in other countries they do not work.
