When using the classic global_cfg, DA are microscopic, everything is fine with global_cfg Luna, but there is no 3D effect, since the classic global_cfg is updated more often, then we need to think about the universality of its use for all versions of iGO...
I have the classic global_cfg.zip updated together with tzone_spatial.zip, here is their current pair...

I do not understand what you mean...
In your archive it is the Nextgen global_cfg.zip (size > 8000 ko) not the LUNA
I have theese two file in the skin... and the size of the global_cfg.zip specific LUNA is only 4216 ko
