First of all, I must to thank to our friend who gave drivers in Serbia a very useful tool for measuring the Average speed.
Dear friend Frontzosd, thank you very much from the Serbian drivers !
It was honor and pleasure to test UX add-ons that our friend created in order to measure Average speed.
I used the iGO Avic Sync navigation with frontzosd Navy Blue Skin and two UX add-ons.
I measured the average speed while driving in the city, in Belgrade, using 2 imaginary Toll Booth.
As our friend frontzosd explained, I defined the Toll ramps at the starting and ending location.
This first Toll Booth (Enter) reset the counter. The initial Average speed was zero.
Before the destination, I set up a second Toll Booth (Exit), which affected the completion of the measurement.

As you can see in the picture, the screen showed the values:
    1)Average speed,
2)Active average speed (measured only while the car was moving, without standing)
3)Maximum speed on the road from the toll 1 to toll 2.
During driving, with pressing the INFO button at any time, along with other data, also showed the Average speed up to that moment.
In this way, the driver knows which speed to continue driving and in the end does not exceed the the set legal limit.
I checked every measured average speed with the data contained in the driving book.
During the testing I determined that the measurement continues after passing through any type of warning or police camera. Also, the average speed was measured if the driver stop at a petrol station, or if he changed the route. Finally, a shorter loss of GPS signal did not affect the measured average speed. The end of the measurement was only determined by the second (exit) Toll Booth.
