Average Speed ux utility (suitable for new law to Serbia)


We have a special utility here.
We have a new law in Serbia , which when,
We pass from a toll post , our car registered and when we
Leave from the toll, the time counts, untill we arrive to next
Toll post..so the system (Serbian counters in tolls), counts our Average Speed(the system counts the time from one toll post to the next and
From the distance between theese 2 Points , we have the
Average speed)..
and this is we need: from the ux utility
1)Average Speed!!

2)when we pass from a toll , the counter begin to count(time, distance, speed!)

3)when we go near from the next toll , after the camera( toll
Post announcment and the price of toll, if we have given these to our sys .txt)
--- a window with Average Speed appeared which
Inform us from our Average Speed.
---Also our TTS , announced our Average Speed
And some other information!

And

4)the counters automatically become zero, after!
(After we pass from this second toll, for new counts!!

-Also:
5)we have another choice!

a)the Average speed window with tts anouncment appeared each time we
pass from Toll post

b) in every speed camera( I think
That is the correct , because we need to know each
time our Average Speed for to control our driving.)

IMPORTANT!
---the counters becomes zero, ONLY after pass from Tolls!
This is exactly , what we need!
