    help You can increase your speed ux (skin addon) question

    On some skins and also the attached ux there is a feature that says "you can now increase your speed, limit xx mph" when you go from one speed limit to another.
    However, is it possible to edit the ux or embedded script in a skin so when the speed limit decreases, ie.. 50mph to 30mph area instead of the script saying you can increase your speed it says you shold slow down, limit xx mph".
    it would be a good option to have as not all speed limit signs are visible and if your distracted for any reason you may miss the sign but at least the gps will warn you.
    if the attached script cannot be edited to do this can someone create one or edit a skin so it has that option too?

    I know some skins have this already installed in it but the attached file is for example only.

    Colleague - this script does not need to do!
    In the settings iGO (TTS and warning) is optional settings for the warning!
    Just select it to warn when speeding and you get what you're asking.
    Besides, in the SpeedCam warning enough to permanently change the settings and it is ok. Without entering the settings Skin.
    Unfortunately, in sys.txt who showed me there is no such records.
    Look at our forums - there are so many topic's who:
    1. discuss the sys.txt (For WinCe and Android)
    2. discuss the set DA (Driver Alert) - are the same for Win and Android (mostly)
    3. - maybe above all - Read carefully User's Mannual for iGO - there you will find a range of information about the possibility of setting options in iGO - unfortunately I have the impression that not familiar with these principles

    Regards wojpen

    Please have friends - who are working on the platform WinCe - to its 3 penny added ( I work at. Android!)

    I do not think you understood what I was asking

    When the speed limit changes from say 30mph to 40mph the screen flashes with the new speed and also the voice says "you can now increase the speed, limit 40mph"

    I am looking for something that does the opposite.

    It is specfically the increase the speed part of the skin/ux.
    It is NOT speedcams or overspeed warnings

    here is screenshot of the thing I am talking about

    Colleague - understood well and I still think that we have it in the settings what you mean!
    Enable the "Restrictions always visible"

    the skin and ux only shows the speed limit of the road has increased it does not do the opposite in warning you the speed limit has decreased.
    i have tried all different combinations of settings but it only shows the increase in speed limit

    I attached 1 video and 2 images below

    This skin option is addition to Primo's native speed limit warning which will warn You when moving faster then speed limit.
    This "native" will warn You if
    A) Speed limit changes to lower speed, or
    B) Your speed changes over the limit

    From that You can see that "A" is what You are asking for and what was wojpen explaining to You (with no success)
    So, there is no need at all for skins to have this option (it already exists in Primo), and they have only opposite option which Primo does not have

    This Primo option can be set in: Settings -> Sounds and Warnings -> Speed Warning Settings
    Select: Audio and Visual
    Now You'll get audio warning (and visual), but it will not be (or maybe it will be?) message You would like to have.
    To have different warning, You have to replace default sound with whatever You like.
    To find out how to do that, search little on this forum.

    the thing is i found out how to make it display when speed limit increses and decreases but cannot get both to work simultaiosly. when you change the code it displays the lower speed limit like it does when increases but when you put both code together it does not work.
    it is getting both to work together thats the issue.
    If one could be on the skin as it already is then the other could be a seperate ux but dont know how to do that.

    just becuase you might not like this feature does not mean others wont, it is a very useful feature as many roads the limit changes and no signs to say that or you miss the sign especially if it changes to a 20mph zone.

    many of you think i am talking about the overspeed option, this is not what i am on about, it is specifically the you can incrtease your speed option on the dimka skin.

    It is this line of code thst makes it say increase

    sc_wspeedmode_change_slttsD = function()
    if MODEL.warning.driveralert.speed_limit() and wSpeedLimit_sltts and MODEL.warning.driveralert.speed_limit() > wSpeedLimit_sltts and MODEL.warning.driveralert.speed_limit() > MODEL.navigation.car.current_speed() and MODEL.lua.wSLTTSVoice_sltts1() and sc_wReadOutSpeedLimitSupported_slttsD() then
    sc_wspeedlimitsayspeech_slttsD(sc_wGetSL_sayphase_slttsD(MODEL.warning.driveralert.speed_limit()))
    end
    wSpeedLimit_sltts = MODEL.warning.driveralert.speed_limit()

    this is in the dimka skin file code

    If the > is changed to < it makes it show the speed has lowerdd and displays that

    i am looking to have both codes above and have < and >
