You can create UX utility so that it does not need any intervention in the translation for any application.
Each lang contains an LCID, this is indicated in the file Info.ini language file for English: LCID = 0x0405, for Slovak: LCID = 0x041b, ...
If you create a new utility, the utility or submit another author, you just need to create an archive utility for UX Czech lang file 0405.lang for Slovak 041b.lang then, these files can create more for lang.zip another language.
To set LCID = 0x0405 insert all translations for English to Slovak 041b.lang etc
So you place 041b.lang, 0405.lang ... in a folder example_1.2.zip \ ux \ example_1.2 \ lang (next to the file global.ui!) Relevant UX utility
The user just places the utility in their folder UX, and depending on what uses lang will be translated phrases from the utility automatically.
You do not need to modify or add thigs to the Dictionary.lang file.
Example Android File

Example WINCE File

Note:
does anyone who downloaded this file still have them? i no longer have it.
i will be able to repost it and also try and explain it a bit better.
Nice job! Congrats!

Thanks urbexuk for that trip, but I'm not sure I understood well, so please correct me if I'm wrong.
Suppose that a new skins introduce translated text :
New text="Translation for new text"
Classic, I introduced this translation in .lang\i18n\dictionary.lang
By this ux-utility is enough to add translation into ux\Tips&Tricks_2.4_WinCE\lang\xxxx.lang
And the programs will use the extra-translation from xxxx.lang .
In other words, ux\Tips&Tricks_2.4_WinCE\lang\xxxx.lang is a differential add for .lang\i18n\dictionary.lang
Or I have to tranfer the whole content of .lang\i18n\dictionary.lang into ux\Tips&Tricks_2.4_WinCE\lang\xxxx.lang ?
