Here is my GUI wrapper around imagemagick. Tested for Win7 and Win10; thanks to a very old member for testing.
It's a "Trial" version, so it has 30 secs starting and exiting waiting time. Also it will auto exit in 15 mins.
You have about a month to play with this beta release until it's expired.
For personal uses only! DO NOT POST ANYWHERE.
