The SPEEDCAM-CAT settings for NextGen TTS are the same as in Primo - but!:
In Nextgen - if you do not have the SPEEDCAM_CAT section in sys.txt - you will have to look in the file (enter the path):
iGO / UX / speedcam.zip / ux / SpeedCam / plugin.ini
and make the changes you need.
You can also delete the contents of this file (plugin.ini) and move the entire SPEEDCAM_CAT section to sys.txt.
Choosing the sound for the particular CAT - you have in the skin what to have in the message - enter in sys.txt - how to do - posted here -
